Saral Will is operated by NEXGEN ESTATE PLANNING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Plot No. 30, Grover Tower - 1, Shivaji Marg, Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, West Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi - 110015.
2.What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to draft your Will and run our business.

3.Why We Collect It
- To prepare your Will using the answers you provide.
- To make the completed Will available through your account.
- To take payment and issue GST invoices.
- To provide support when you contact us.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the service secure and detect misuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use the contents of your Will to market products to you or to anyone named in it.
5.How Long We Keep It
We keep your Will and account while your account is active, so that you can return to your information. If you close your account or request erasure, we delete information where we are not legally required to retain it.
Please keep your own copy
Your signed Will is a paper document, and the signed original is the one that matters.
6.Completing Your Will
Once you start creating your Will, you have 30 days to complete and submit your details through Saral Will.
After the 30-day period, your entered information may continue to be visible in your account for reference; however, the Will will no longer be available for download through the platform.
If you wish to create or download your Will after this period, you may need to follow the applicable process provided by Saral Will.
7.Your Rights
You may contact us to access, correct, update or request deletion of personal data associated with your account, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
