Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains the service conditions that apply when you use Saral Will and the limited circumstances in which a refund may be provided.
1.The Short Version
In plain terms, Saral Will is a guided Will drafting platform and your Will is created from the information you provide.

| You are unable to create a Will because of platform limitations applicable to Muslim customers | A refund may be provided as a limited exception. |
| You simply change your mind after using the service | Saral Will does not generally offer refunds. |
2.Before You Begin
Saral Will is a technology-enabled Will drafting service designed to help you prepare your Will through a simple and structured process.
Before proceeding, please ensure that the information and instructions you provide are complete and accurate. The Will is generated based on the details submitted by you through the platform.
Once you have completed the required information and generated your Will, you should carefully review the document before finalising it to ensure that it accurately reflects your wishes.
3.Review Your Will Before Finalising
Saral Will generates your Will based on the information, choices, and instructions you provide through the platform.
Before finalising or downloading your Will, please carefully review the generated document to ensure that your personal details, beneficiaries, assets, and other instructions have been accurately captured and reflect your wishes.
You are responsible for checking the information provided and making any necessary changes before completing the Will.
4.Service Conditions
Please note the following before proceeding with Saral Will:
- Saral Will is a technology-enabled Will drafting platform that generates the Will based on the information and instructions provided by you.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted through the platform is complete and accurate.
- You have 30 days from the date of payment to complete your Will and provide the required information.
- After the 30-day period, your information may remain visible in your account; however, the Will will no longer be available for download through the platform.
- Before downloading the completed Will, you should carefully review all details, including your personal information, beneficiaries, assets, and instructions.
- Saral Will does not manually review or independently verify the information entered by you.
5.Refund Policy
Saral Will does not generally offer refunds once the service has been used or the Will has been generated.
The platform prepares the Will based on the details and choices submitted by you. We do not independently verify the information provided by you, and we are not responsible for a Will that reflects inaccurate or incomplete information entered through your account.
6.Refund Exception
Limited exception
However, if a Muslim customer is unable to create a Will through the platform due to the platform's applicable limitations, a refund may be provided.
7.Signing and Witnessing
The execution of the Will, including signing and witnessing, must be completed by you in accordance with the applicable requirements. Saral Will provides guidance for this process but does not supervise the execution.
